Politica di cancellazione

In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate fino a 7 giorni prima della data prevista di arrivo non viene addebitato alcun costo.
In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate oltre tale termine o di mancata presentazione viene addebitato l’intero importo del soggiorno.

* Una Pre-autorizzazione verrà effettuata sulla carta di credito utilizzata per la prenotazione, al fine di verificare la validità della carta stessa.

Orari della struttura

– Check In: Il nostro check-in è su appuntamento e può essere effettuato tra le ore 14:30 e le 24:00. Check-in successivi a quest’orario possono essere preventivamente concordati.

– Check Out: 10.00. L’orario potrà essere posticipato previa disponibilità della Direzione.

* Al fine di evitare spiacevoli attese o disservizi, è molto importante conoscere l’orario previsto di arrivo e, se in aereo, quello di atterraggio e la città di provenienza del volo.
Vi invitiamo ad avvisarci di qualsiasi variazione, ritardo o anticipo nell’orario fornito al momento della prenotazione. Non essendo un hotel o un bed and breakfast, la Residenza Kastrum non dispone di una reception e non abitando presso la struttura potremmo non essere presenti al vostro arrivo.IN CASO DI MANCATO PREAVVISO NON SAREMO RESPONSABILI DELLA NOSTRA ASSENZA ALL’ARRIVO E DELLA CONSEGUENTE ATTESA. Fumatori

– All’interno della struttura e delle camere vige il divieto di fumare. Per i signori ospiti che lo desidereranno sarà possibile utilizzare la nostra terrazza.

Animali

– Gli animali non sono ammessi, neanche quelli di piccola taglia.

Modalità di pagamento

– Pagamento in contanti o carte di credito (American Express, Mastercard o Visa) e bancomat.

– Per i soggiorni della durata di una notte il saldo è richiesto al momento del check-in.

– Possibilità di emettere fattura.

Pre-autorizzazione

– Effettuiamo una Pre-autorizzazione sulla carta di credito fornita al momento della prenotazione.

Tariffe

Ci si riserva la possibilità di proporre sconti e offerte speciali esclusivamente disponibili sul sito ufficiale della struttura.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation or modification up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For cancellations or modifications made after this deadline or no-show you will be charged the full amount.

Our Times

– Check-in: Our check-in is on appointment and can be made between 2:30 pm to 00:00 pm.

– Check-out: 10:00 (ten o’clock a.m.). This time can be postponed by Management willingness.

* In order to avoid any inconvenience, is very important for us (do not live in the Residence, we may not be present at your arrival) to know the estimated time of arrival, and if by plane, landing and the city of origin of the flight .
We invite you to notify us of any changes, delay or advance the timetable provided at the time of booking. Not being a hotel or bed and breakfast, Kastrum not have a reception and they do not live at the property could not be present at your arrive. Smokers

– Inside the structure and the rooms it is in force no smoking. The guests longing for it may use our terrace.

Pets

– Pets – of small size either-are not admitted.

Conditions of payment

– Payment by cash or credit card (American Express, Mastercard or Visa) and debit card.

– For one night stay payment is requested at the time of the check-in.

– Possibility of drawing invoice.

Pre-authorization

– We always make a Pre-authorization on the credit card used for reservation.
